Blackberry is a friendly 1-year-old rabbit. His life didn’t start well, but once he came to us, he was able to show that he loves to run, play, and cuddle you.

Bridie is a sweet 1-year-old who was found abandoned in a lay-by with her cage and carrier, and although open, she kept running back to her carrier for safety. Despite this, Bridie loves people and is always happy for some affection and some tasty herbs. At first, all Bridie wanted to do was run and seemed relieved when she understood that she would no longer be caged. She likes to investigate everything and she enjoys plenty of enrichment and attention.

This pair quickly became bonded and they are now playmates and snuggle partners.

Bridie and Blackberry currently live in a garden room and have 4m x 2.5m of space. They particularly enjoy tunnels and boxes and of course nice big hay trays. They could also transition to living outdoors providing they have a large well-insulated shed (with run attached) and can have plenty of human attention.

Their fosterer describes them as a friendly pair who love spending time with each other and also their foster family. They are both really playful and love a puzzle or a scavenger hunt for food. They are easily handled and petted, and Blackberry enjoys human cuddles with Bridie being equally affectionate and keen on human interaction.

Both rabbits would make the perfect addition to any home who can give them the love that they need. Both have experience with cats alongside their living area and are comfortable with this.
