Jasper is a black and white male, approx 2/3 years old. He came to us as he was handed in as a stray with a nasty neck wound, which has now healed. Jasper is FIV+ and we are looking to rehome him as an indoor-only cat. More information on FIV can be found at https://bit.ly/4wFdcx7

Jasper is an incredibly affectionate cat and is beginning to learn boundaries. So for example, he loves sitting on your lap, but likes to get off in his own time and if you want to get up earlier he will hiss his disapproval to you. He loves his human to be around all day and if you go out for a few hours he will throw a temper tantrum when you get back to show his displeasure. But he loves giving his fosterer lots and lots of love. Because he was a stray for quite a while, he does not like his food bowl touched while he is eating as he is worried it will be taken away and doesn't understand yet that he will get more food later and on a regular basis. He is looking for either a single person or couple without children that are at home most of the time and have the time to devote all the attention he requires of a human slave! He insists he wants to be the only cat in the house.
