Meet Quinton, a handsome boy, looking for a special friend.

Quinton is four years old, and is a gorgeous grey and white neutered male guinea pig, who came into our care through no fault of his own. He is searching for a loving forever home and a female friend with whom to share his life.

Quinton is a shy and rather nervous boy, who is still learning that humans can be trusted. Having a friend of his own kind will give him the companionship he needs and, hopefully, help him feel more secure.

He will need a patient, understanding owner, who will allow him to settle in at his own pace, without rushing him or expecting too much too soon. With time, kindness and gentle encouragement, we hope that Quinton will grow in confidence and learn to feel safe in his new home. He isn’t quite ready to take food from your hand, but with a love of veggies, we feel that he could be won over.

Quinton might not be the most confident little piggy just yet, but he deserves a chance to blossom in a home that understands him. If you have plenty of patience, a gentle approach, and lots of love to give, you could be the special person Quinton is waiting for.

Sometimes the most rewarding friendships are the ones that take a little time to grow.

Send photos of your guinea pig accommodation, run, surrounding area and general set up to smallanimals@rspca-southbucks.org.uk - if you don't already have accommodation in place, just let us know and we will be happy to advise you on appropriate accommodation

We will review your application and give you a call to discuss (normally within one week)
