Keep your pets safe and happy over the festive season.
Some Christmas foods can be dangerous to pets such as
· Chocolate
· Mince pies
· Christmas pudding
· Onion gravy
· Alcohol
· Bones from carcasses
so keep your pets away from these.
Decorations can also cause a hazard such as tinsel and hanging decorations, and even wrapping paper if eaten.
Some festive plants can be toxic to pets, including poinsettias, holly, ivy, mistletoe and lilies, so avoid buying these if you have animals.
