An amazing 66 years of volunteering
Our amazing animal fosterer, Julie, was recently recognised for her contribution to animal welfare at RSPCA South Bucks.

Julie has been fostering animals for an incredible 66 years and is our longest serving volunteer.
She has fostered literally thousands of animals over the years. Now in her eighties, Julie is still working incredibly hard for animal welfare. She is currently looking after three sheep, three dogs, five indoor cats, and a colony of feral cats.
Julie was honoured recently at RSPCA South Bucks’ Volunteer Celebration, where her contribution was recognised by Mayor Parveiz Aslam MBE.

Fosterers such as Julie are a vital part of our charity. They care for animals while they wait for their forever homes.
We are always looking for new animal fosterers. If you are interested in helping us, take a look at https://www.rspca-southbucks.org.uk/volunteering
